Job Description

This position will serve as a liaison between internal and external departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination. It includes greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing courteous assistance to both the public and internal staff. The role maintains the front lobby and manages visitor sign‑ins to ensure an organized and welcoming environment. The position also assists with project tracking and supports the division by collecting and disseminating communications and directives as required.

  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide clear, courteous assistance to the public and internal staff.
  • Maintain the front lobby and manage visitor sign‑ins.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate various events and meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Supports open record processing.
Grade

The grade for this position is B21(1).

Effective Date / Referral Program

Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.;
  • Two years of administrative support or related office experience;
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Administrative office experience; proficiency in Microsoft software programs; experience with GOVQA.
