Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Principal Logistics Management Analyst - Inventory Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Warner Robbins, GA or San Diego, CA.
Accomplish
Oversee, manage, and analyze activities associated with Inventory/Property/Asset Management business systems to ensure US Government, Customer and Company property located at Northrop Grumman and its suppliers are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence.
Conduct internal and external inventory and property assessment and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance to Contracts and Programs regarding Logistics and Property life-cycle management and government contractual requirements.
Primary Inventory/Property Management point of contact for spares and repairs contracts.
Able to interact and effectively communicate with Government counterparts and upper management.
Perform contractor self-assessment audits in accordance with Northrop Grumman processes and procedures.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by NGAS Procedures and USG FAR regulations.
Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR 3 years with Masters with 3 years of experience and knowledge in Inventory Management and progressive experience in Government Property & Asset Management
9 years of government property asset management experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, DFARS property management clauses and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Compliance
Familiarity with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products)
Your ability to obtain OR transfer and maintain the final adjudicated DoD Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with data analytics, data mining, and/or data integrity
Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables
Experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures in accordance with leadership strategy
Inventory and Property Management experience supporting manufacturing, production and sustainment contracts
Experience supporting Property Management System Audits (PMSA), CSWS/FIAR, and other Audits, as applicable
