To serve as a Production Control Center (PCC) Analyst by conducting special projects and analytical studies relating to depot maintenance production operations, processes, and methods. Provides guidance to planners in order to establish the best, most efficient plans and program strategies in support of the Group.

• Serve as project lead/manager, conducting organizational and process‑related studies and analysis of organizations, functions, and work processes to improve mission effectiveness, resource allocation, and efficiency.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management‑related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
• Participate in special logistics‑related operation projects and initiatives and perform special assignments.
• Represent the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.

• Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.
• Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.
• Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance‑based logistics, acquisition, supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations.
• Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.
• Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.

The work requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.

• Salary Range: $89,508 – 138,370 (Yearly)
