Business Intelligence & Logistics Analyst

The opportunity is to help organizations view their operations from an outside perspective by capturing the complexities of depot maintenance and logistics systems. The analyst will provide tangible outputs that improve business processes, amplify mission success, and automate methodologies.

• Develop an overall picture of the client’s current structure, day‑to‑day operations, and outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and leadership to identify effective elements and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with roadmaps, prototypes, MVPs, growth pipelines, and call plans.
• Present expected results and recommendations to leadership and senior decision‑makers.
• Apply research, data analysis, and technology insertion skills to support the U.S. Air Force’s readiness and aircraft availability.

• Experience in government or defense contracting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Air Force depot maintenance processes, logistics, and data systems.
• Experience automating depot and logistics workflows.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative, self‑starter with a strategic mindset; works cross‑functionally in a team‑oriented environment.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Nice to have: Business‑development initiative experience; ability to present insights and recommendations through well‑structured reports, dashboards, and presentations; strong writing, editing, and presentation skills; project management and organizational skills; market‑trend research; PMP or CSM certification.

Projected annual salary range: $77,500.00 – $ (USD).
