Position: Client Service Specialist - Hybrid (Houston, TX)

Job Overview

Experience
  • 3–5 years of applicable job experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites preferred.
  • Proven track record in customer service preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with database applications and Employee Navigator a plus.
