Job Overview

The Client Service Specialist (CSS) is a dedicated and important team member who focuses on improving and enhancing workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness.

• 3–5 years of applicable job experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier websites preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with database applications and Employee Navigator a plus.

• Base pay based on skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
