Recall/Emissions Certification Analyst supports vehicle recall, emissions certification, and regulatory compliance initiatives by coordinating certification activities, managing campaign execution, and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies. This role is responsible for monitoring recall campaigns, validating over-the-air (OTA) updates, compiling certification data, supporting compliance reporting, and assisting with emissions regulatory analysis. The position contributes to maintaining regulatory compliance while ensuring operational efficiency and accurate technical documentation.

- Manage daily request management tickets by coordinating issue resolution and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and administer updates to existing workshop campaigns, including vehicle identification lists and system updates.
- Coordinate OTA pilot testing by identifying test vehicles, validating software updates, documenting results, and supporting issue resolution.
- Monitor campaign closures and coordinate required parts withdrawals and campaign updates.
- Execute Owner's Manual Supplement campaigns by preparing documentation and launching communications.
- Support vehicle certification activities through execution of project plans and coordination with regulatory agencies.
- Compile, validate, and submit certification testing data to applicable regulatory databases.
- Analyze testing results to calculate Fuel Economy Label values.
- Prepare sales, fleet, and vehicle data required for regulatory compliance reporting.
- Support preparation of regulatory reports including Fuel Economy Guides, Green Vehicle Guides, and Alternative Fuel Vehicle Reports.
- Represent the organization during emissions-related industry meetings, government sessions, and trade association work groups.
- Assist with analysis of new emissions regulations and support certification planning activities.
- Experience supporting vehicle certification, emissions compliance, or regulatory reporting.
- Experience coordinating technical documentation and cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of automotive recall campaigns or over-the-air update processes.

The base range for this contract position is $24.04 - $28.04 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
