The organisation is seeking a Superintendent to lead interior construction packages on a high-security government project. The role focuses on managing programme delivery, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects remain on schedule within complex and secure environments. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site operations focused on interior construction packages
- Manage subcontractors across finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out scopes
- Drive programme and sequencing to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain strict quality control across all interior works
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and federal stakeholders
- Enforce site safety and compliance, particularly within secure/government environments
- Lead site meetings, reporting, and progress tracking
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or government construction projects
- Strong background delivering interior/fit-out packages
- Ability to manage multiple trades and drive programme under pressure
- Experience working on secure or government projects is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA/QC, and site safety
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
