ICB Construction Group is growing and looking for Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across Middle Georgia. If you take pride in running a clean jobsite, holding subcontractors accountable, and delivering quality work on schedule, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics
- Maintain and drive the project schedule in coordination with the PM
- Enforce safety standards and run weekly safety meetings
- Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and quality expectations
- Manage punch lists and project closeout
- 3+ years in commercial construction
- Experience managing multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field coordination
- Ability to read plans, specs, and shop drawings
- Procore experience preferred
- OSHA 30 (or willing to obtain)
