• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model: On-Site
• Schedule: Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (Rotational);
  Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
• Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization

• Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability

• Support customers with technical and service‑related inquiries
• Provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools
