We’re looking for a Tour Desk Agent to join our Virtual team. In this role, you’ll coordinate guest tours, manage gifting programs, and ensure each customer has a seamless, memorable experience. This position is essential to supporting sales representatives, maintaining accurate reporting, and delivering top‑on‑track customer service.

Take responsibility for daily operations of gifting and tour assignments while collaborating closely with Sales and Welcome Center teams. - Culture of Growth:

- Assign tours to sales representatives for morning and afternoon waves.
- Award gifts, premiums, and checks to guests after sales presentations.
- Activate and monitor gift cards and reconcile daily inventory.
- Track, enter, and verify tour data for accurate reporting to corporate.
- Assist guests with questions regarding tours, gifts, or marketing.
- Maintain professional interactions while handling customer grievances.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and company software.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
