About the Opportunity
We are currently growing our remote coordination team and are seeking individuals who enjoy working with people and supporting positive customer experiences to join us as Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will assist clients as they prepare for upcoming leisure trips by helping organize planning details, reviewing preferences, and ensuring reservation components stay accurate throughout the process.
This opportunity is especially appealing for applicants who enjoy communication-focused roles, structured task management, and learning about vacation destinations while working in a flexible virtual environment. Training materials and continued guidance are available from the start.
What You'll Be Doing- Assist clients with coordinating trip components such as hotels, flights, cruises, and activities
- Review traveler interests to help identify suitable destination options
- Provide helpful planning suggestions that support itinerary development
- Participate in ongoing training, FAM trips, and industry events
- Work with supplier partners to confirm reservation details and updates
- Maintain organized records of itineraries within internal coordination systems
- Stay informed about current travel opportunities and seasonal promotions
- Support clients throughout multiple stages of their travel preparation timeline
- Interest in customer experience support within a travel planning environment
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage several coordination tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in a remote workspace
- Familiarity with general computer tools and online platforms
- Must reside in the United States., United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico,or other qualifying regions
- Previous travel industry experience is not requiredonboarding support is provided
