Hospital employed position. (hospital owned outpatient clinic will be built to specifications of provider)
Provider will be given a nicely appointed temporary suite while the custom buildout occurs.
Solo practice that may expand to include mid
-levels
Relocation assistance up to 15K.Signing bonus.
ER call 1:4
Practice call 1:2

County can support 5 ENTs and currently has 1 on staff plus a group from Macon that rotates through outpatient only.
Position supports H1-B and J1 visa candidates.
