We are seeking passionate educators to assist the GA Pre‑K Lead Teacher in overseeing classroom activities, adhering to GA Department of Early Care and Learning standards, and supporting the GA Pre‑K Curriculum. In this role, you will help create a nurturing environment, foster positive relationships, plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences, observe and assess children’s progress, and help tailor the curriculum to individual needs.
Requirements- Pass a background check and have a high school diploma. Qualifications may include a Technical Certificate of Credit in early childhood education, Specialist degree or PhD, Paraprofessional Certificate issued by the GaPSC, Master’s degree, Georgia teacher certificate, CDA credential, or Bachelor’s/Associate degree.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of children’s developmental needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of working with children.
