Join Us as a Georgia Pre-K Assistant Teacher. We are a community-based organization providing developmental education for ages six weeks to twelve years across 11 states. Our mission focuses on empowerment, innovation, integrity, and collaboration in early childhood education. We serve a large network of children and families and seek passionate educators to contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

• Assist the GA Pre-K Lead Teacher in overseeing classroom activities in alignment with the GA Dept of Early Care and Learning standards and the GA Pre-K Curriculum objectives.
• Contribute to planning and implementing learning experiences that support physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive development, and creative expression.
• Observe and assess children’s development and help tailor curriculum to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for children and families and collaborate with team members to support student learning.

• Pass a background check, have a High School Diploma, and hold at least one of the following:
  Technical Certificate of Credit in early childhood education, Specialist degree or PhD, Paraprofessional Certificate by GaPSC, Master’s degree in any field, Georgia teacher certificate, CDA credential, or a Bachelor’s/Associate degree in any field.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and changing circumstances.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with children.
