Position: Full-Time School Psychologist
Location: Ringgold, GA Area
Role: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to determine their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Provide counseling and support to students to address mental health issues, behavioral challenges, and academic concerns.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and create strategies to enhance students' social‑emotional development.
- Contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs) and collaborate with school staff to support student goals.
Requirements:
- Valid Psychologist license in the state of Georgia.
- Completion of all local and state certification requirements.
Experience working in an educational or school setting is preferred. - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
