Job description:
We are seeking a 948B Electronic Systems Maintenance Warrant Officer Instructor and Instructor/Writer to deliver technical instruction and develop training materials for Army warrant officers. The position draws on operational experience in electronic systems maintenance, electronics repair, and adult instruction.
Responsibilities- Teach electronic systems maintenance concepts, procedures, and practical skills.
- Prepare, review, and update lesson plans, course materials, training aids, and instructional devices.
- Evaluate student learning and training results, and recommend course improvements.
- Apply military maintenance experience to classroom and practical instruction.
- At least five years of experience as a 948B Electronic Systems Maintenance Warrant Officer
, or experience at the CW3 level or above
, supported by a MOS certificate or DD Form 214 indicating training in the MOS. - Graduation from the 948B Warrant Officer Advanced Course
. - Graduation within the past five years from the Army Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFDIC), an equivalent course offered by another military service, or another instructor training course.
- At least three years of technical experience in electronics repair
. - At least one year of experience as an instructor or instructor/writer
. - At least one year of specialized experience related to the duties of this position.
Specialized experience may include teaching in an adult education program, school, college, military installation, or industrial setting; supervising or administering a training program; developing or reviewing course materials and training aids; evaluating training results; or regularly training others in the relevant technical field.
Applicants must be able to provide documentation of their MOS training and required course completions.
