Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic intern to join our team in a 12‑week internship program. The internship provides hands‑on support to various roles within Webber, with focus areas across Safety, Survey/Estimating, Project Supervision, and Field Engineering. We offer opportunities in Heavy Civil, Waterworks, Infrastructure Management, and Energy divisions.

• Gain understanding of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Hazard Safety Observations (HSO).
• Apply and understand personal protective equipment (PPE) for jobsite activities.
• Observe and prevent safety incidents.
• Conduct jobsite audits.
• Learn how to interpret plans and set layouts.
• Survey quantities and practice accurate surveying.
• Assess man‑hour time and material requirements for production.
• Communicate and delegate work plans to field crews.

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Science/Management, or related 4‑year degree program.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Moderate to high level computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Manual dexterity for handling jobsite tools.
• Understanding of construction math concepts.
• Ability to perform moderate to high physical activity in a field‑based construction environment.
