BIM Specialist

The BIM CAD Specialist supports Facilities Operations through Revit-based authoring, maintenance, and quality control of QTS data center BIM assets in accordance with established BIM standards. This role is delivery-focused, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness of facility asset data throughout the asset lifecycle.

• Author, modify, and maintain Revit models for QTS data center assets in compliance with BIM standards.
• Update model assets to support operational changes, retrofits, and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure model accuracy, data completeness, and consistency across assigned deliverables.
• Apply approved families, parameters, naming conventions, and data structures.
• Perform quality assurance checks and model audits to maintain high-fidelity asset data.
• Be willing to adopt and learn new technologies and be open to mentorship.

• 1–3 years of experience in BIM delivery with hands‑on Revit model development and standards compliance.
• BS in Architecture, MEP, Building Science or equivalent experience.

• Autodesk Revit (2023–2025);
  Revit certification preferred.
• Revit family content creation.
• AutoCAD (2024–2025).
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Navisworks Manage.
• Revizto.
