On offer is a technically challenging and highly autonomous position where you will play a key role in systems architecture, integration, verification, and customer engagement across advanced Electronic Warfare Self-Protection Systems. You will lead technical problem solving, support high-level engineering decisions, and contribute directly to the continued growth and success of the organisation.

This role would suit an Electronic Warfare or Avionics Systems Engineer seeking a senior-level technical position within a growing defense organization, where they can work on cutting-edge aerospace systems, influence high-level engineering decisions, and establish themselves as a recognised subject matter expert.

The Role:

* Lead systems engineering activities across advanced avionics and electronic warfare programmes

* Develop system architectures, requirements, integration, verification, and validation activities

* Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams on mission-critical aerospace projects

The Candidate:

* Experience with in Electronic Warfare, avionics, or defence/aerospace systems engineering

* Strong background in systems architecture, signal processing, integration, and verification

* US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance
