About the Team Lead, Field Technology Engineer Position
We are looking for a Team Lead, Field Technology Engineer to join our dynamic Network Engineering team. In this role you will lead a high‑performing group responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex field technology projects that keep our business connected and secure. - Lead and inspire by providing day‑to‑day leadership for a team of skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Architect the future by designing and optimizing enterprise network architectures, including Cisco ACI, DNA Center, SD‑WAN, and integration with cloud platforms like GCP.
- Drive innovation by overseeing strategic projects, implementing network standardizations, and championing continuous improvement.
- Hand‑on impact by supervising network refreshes, firmware upgrades, and responding to tier 2/3 field support requests.
- Collaborate across teams by working closely with cross‑functional partners to align network solutions with evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an accredited college or university; an advanced degree preferred.
- Ideally 7+ years in network engineering, with 5+ years in a senior or lead role (15 years preferred).
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications preferred.
- Expertise in Cisco technologies (DNA Center, Firepower, SD‑WAN, Routing & Switching), enterprise architecture, and process development.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to success.
