Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector has a need for a Manufacturing Analyst/Principal Manufacturing Analyst at its Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) organization in Warner Robins, GA. In this role you will be supporting radar development and sustainment programs. Our ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, a drive to lead from where you are, collaborative people skills, and the proven ability to work within a technically diverse and fast-paced team.

This position is in Warner Robins, GA and requires that you work on-site daily.

• Supports the APN
  241 program at NGC site and customer location as an individual contributor and in a team environment.
• Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including systems, manufacturing, test and equipment engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
• Provides laboratory support for hardware upgrades, sustainment, and testing. Maintains and upgrades legacy test stations.
• Investigates findings for process improvements and makes recommendations.
• Experience in MES, SAP, Gold, Teamcenter, and browser-based applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Creates and/or modifies site documentation, technical drawings, and customer deliverables.
• Provides MRB support, testing and troubleshooting, and determining product disposition.
• Familiarity with industry standards, such as IPC/J-STD or AS9100/ISO
  9001.
• Must have the ability to interface/communicate with multiple levels of leadership, Engineering, and Production.
• Ability to travel at least 10%

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years (or master’s degree plus 0 years) of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronic Test Environment.
• Will consider a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronic Test Environment in lieu of degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or other related system.
• Understanding of RF theories and principles.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years (or master’s degree plus 3 years) of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronic Test Environment.
• Will consider a High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronic Test Environment in lieu of degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of RF theories and principles.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or other related system.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

• Experience with Antenna range testing.
• Proven experience with RF testing and troubleshooting.>

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $
