Job Description
We are hiring for our client - Faithtalent Advisors.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Support Engineer with a strong background in drafting, particularly with facilities design. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of drafting experience and proficient skills in AUTOCAD. As a Pre-Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to design and redesign plants using our equipment.
This role will involve on-site visits to plants, where you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions using AUTOCAD.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to plants to assess existing layouts and equipment configurations.
- Develop detailed drawings and technical documentation using AUTOCAD for plant design or redesign and equipment layout.
- Work closely with clients to customize solutions that meet their specific needs and optimize plant efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and technical materials for clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Associate in AutoCAD or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the food industry.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time to client sites.
