- Provide day-to-day support for DeltaV and plant automation systems.
- Troubleshoot automation issues involving process controls, instrumentation, control loops, pumps, and utility systems.
- Support automation system enhancements, upgrades, and capital projects.
- Participate in change control, deviations, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- Review automation documentation, including P&IDs, loop drawings, and control narratives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve system reliability and compliance.
- Ensure automation systems meet GMP and site quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of automation engineering experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV
. - Experience supporting Rockwell PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and OSI PI Historian
. - Solid understanding of process controls, industrial instrumentation, utilities, and facilities automation.
- Experience with GMP manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with change control, CAPA, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with Siemens PCS 7 is a strong plus.
