Job Title
Performs a variety of simple, routine, and repetitive accounting duties dealing with cash register. Performs receiving and disbursing cashier duties. Accepts payments, checks, makes change--safeguards all transactions; may prepare and issue change funds, bank deposits and daily reports. Assists in conducting inventories, maintains records. Issues hunting and fishing passes to eligible personnel. Issues reservations for base parks and Luna Lodge to authorized patrons.
Reserves rental equipment. Provides information to customers on equipment and programs. Accepts fee payments for rented items and ODR events. Accept fee payments for RV storage and car sales lot. Research and provide quotes for new equipment purchases identified by ODR Director. Conducts end-of-day register closeout and submits related paperwork to Director. Assist with ODR special events or ODR program support as needed.
Serves as backup for Equipment Rental Yard personnel. Performs other related duties as assigned.
