• Assist the USAF Sustainment Manager with financial management activities for USAF Sustainment Programs with estimated annual sales of $100M.
• Perform financial analysis and project‑related activities in a dynamic environment.
• Support improvement initiatives through the use of Raytheon systems and accounting processes.
• Gather data from various systems, perform analysis, and report results to management on a monthly basis.
• Prepare program and functional financial forecasts using budget and cost data, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
• Manage cash receipts by tracking and maintaining metrics to identify cash receipt issues and support cash conversion requirements.
• Consolidate and analyze weekly financial data, including sales, profit, cash, and risks and opportunities.
• Manage CIP (Receivables) and Unbilled Accounts by coordinating with the Accounts Receivable team, Contracts, and Program Managers to support invoicing activities in accordance with contractual terms.
• Assist the Program Office with resolving issues related to period of performance, cost in excess, billing code discrepancies, and related items.
• Assist with contract setup activities and coordinate with Contracts to resolve funding issues.
• Resolve over payments, underpayments, and liquidation variances with Accounts Receivable.
• Work with management to address operational and financial issues in accordance with established processes, procedures, and policies.
• Manage data and prepare reports for management, including support for monitoring and control activities where applicable.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from an Accredited University with a minimum of 2+ years related work experience.
• OR a Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from an Accredited University with a minimum of 0+ years related work experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience analyzing data and collaborating in a team environment.
• Experience communicating information in written and verbal formats.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

• Experience with FAR/DFARS and Government web‑based tools, including EDA and iRAPT.
• Experience using Microsoft Access and information systems.
• Coordination with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, including written and verbal communication of project status and deliverables.
• Experience using enterprise tools and systems, including SAP (APEX/PRISM), BW reporting, and Microsoft Project.

• Salary range: $57,200 – $108,800 USD, based on experience and role level.
