Manager, FP&A

We are partnered with a rapidly growing organization seeking an FP&A Manager to build and scale its financial planning and analysis function. This is an opportunity to establish best-in-class FP&A processes while leveraging technology and analytics to support strategic decision-making across the business.

The successful candidate will lead the development of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI frameworks, and operational analytics while serving as the internal owner of an AI-native FP&A platform. This individual will work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership to improve visibility into business performance and enable data-driven decision-making.

• Build and enhance the company's FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reviews.
• Develop scalable financial planning processes and reporting frameworks to support business growth.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, business initiatives, pricing decisions, and scenario analysis.
• Develop executive reporting packages, dashboards, and management reports that provide meaningful business insights.
• Design and maintain financial statement reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Establish and track key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting across the organization.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and planning activities.
• Develop business intelligence dashboards and reporting that combine financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality, visibility, and efficiency.
• Serve as the business owner and administrator of the company's AI-native FP&A platform, supporting implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Build dashboards, reports, planning models, and workflows within the FP&A platform.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial decision-making.
• Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analysis, board reporting, and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Experience building and enhancing FP&A processes in a growing or evolving organization.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience implementing, administering, or supporting FP&A/EPM platforms such as Pigment, Mosaic, Cube, Datarails, Abacum, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, One Stream, Vena, or similar.
• Experience with AI-enabled finance technologies or intelligent planning platforms.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Exposure to SQL, data warehouses, or modern analytics environments is a plus.
• Experience supporting pricing strategy, operational analytics, or commercial finance.
