Job Description
Responsible for the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures as well as consistent, effective referrals of mortgage clients for other bank services, including the qualifying package of services, and insurance products.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.
- Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.

- Visual / Audio / Speaking – Able to access and interpret client information and communicate with individuals in person and on the phone.
- Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding – Able to use standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
- Availability – Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
- Travel – Up to 75%
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits.
