As a Trust Advisor II at Frost, you will build and maintain strong relationships while managing a portfolio of trust accounts to deliver exceptional service and trust to our clients.

• Review and administer a portfolio of fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents.
• Manage client relationships by understanding client needs, maintaining regular contact, and proactively driving asset re‑discovery to deliver an excellent overall client experience.
• Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal policies by tracking operative updates and documenting exceptions appropriately.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win‑win outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of trust administration experience, or a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated ability to administer complex fiduciary accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

• CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation.
