What You’ll Do:

Conducts all member transactions in an efficient and accurate manner, while complying with established policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations.
Reconciles cash and negotiable items to meet established balancing procedures.
Ensures WOW Member Experience standards are achieved by promoting a positive member service culture.
Ensures that additional products and services are provided to members to meet or exceed cross-sell goals and increase member product penetration.
Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by achieving and continuing to develop knowledge of all products and services offered by the credit union.
Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following:
- Contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.

What You Need To Succeed :

Education & Experience

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months customer service experience
Knowledge &

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of teller policies and procedures, to include compliance requirements. Knowledge of Robins Financial products and services
- Excellent customer service skills, excellent communication and listening skills, organizational skills, problem analysis and problem solving, sales skills, high energy level
