2026 Salary Range: $89,508 – $138,370‑ (Yearly)

This position is open exclusively to current Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR‑ALC) Federal Employees.
- Plans work to be accomplished by subordinate employees, sets and adjusts short and long‑term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities and consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
- Evaluates work performance, gives advice, counsel, or instruction to subordinates on both work and administrative matters.
- Interviews candidates for positions; recommends appointment, promotion, or reassignment.
- Hears and resolves complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level supervisor or manager.
- Effects minor disciplinary measures, such as warnings and reprimands, recommending other action in more serious cases.
- Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and provides or arranges required development and training.
- Finds ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.
- Provides a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Addresses subordinates concerns, whether perceived or real, and follows up with appropriate action to correct or eliminate tension in the workplace.
- Develops performance standards and explains classification determinations to subordinates.
- Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and logistics related objectives.
- Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements.
- Establishes metric and analysis systems for units managed to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory procedures.
