This is a full‑time, on‑site Licensed Esthetician role based in Warner Robins, GA. The Licensed Esthetician will perform professional waxing and skincare services using Waxing the City’s proprietary products and techniques while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing personalized treatment recommendations, and educating clients on aftercare and skincare products.

The role also includes supporting front‑of‑house operations as needed, such as managing appointments, maintaining treatment rooms, and ensuring a clean, organized environment. The Licensed Esthetician will contribute to a positive studio culture, work collaboratively with team members, and help drive client retention and satisfaction.

• Current state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist (in good standing), with demonstrated skills in Hair Removal and Skin Care.
• Background in Cosmetology or Esthetics with an understanding of skin types, contraindications, and proper product usage.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to engage in Sales by recommending services, memberships, and retail products that support clients’ skincare goals.
• Commitment to hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitation, disinfection, and adherence to local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and manage a steady schedule of appointments.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced studio environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous waxing or specialty hair removal experience is preferred; training on brand‑specific techniques will be provided.
