We currently have an opening for a Funeral Attendant at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Warner Robins. The Funeral Attendant will set up and assist with viewings, funeral services, memorial services, transfer of remains, and other related tasks as assigned.
Overview & Responsibilities:- Assist the funeral director during services to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a friendly attitude and offer assistance to visitors
- Help move caskets and related items in and out of visitation areas and places of service
- Drive hearses, limousines, or other vehicles in funeral processions
- Caring, empathetic, and committed to excellent service
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts
- Strong communication skills, compassion, and integrity
- Detail-oriented, positive, and a team player
- Ability to lift 75 lbs safely
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
