Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients in achieving their behavioral goals and improving their overall quality of life.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
- Assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approach
- Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy
Skills:
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively
- Ability to educate clients and families about behavior management techniques
- Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed medical records and care plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and families
- A passion for helping others improve their lives through effective behavioral therapy
Part-time
Schedule:- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
