Occupational Therapist

Overview

Trans Perfect Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a consistent 30+ hour workweek in the 30350 area. The role focuses on providing compassionate, proactive care to the aging population in senior living and skilled nursing settings.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies.
• Optimize functional self‑care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population.
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in‑service education.
• In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop a robust therapy program.
• Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated.
• Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care.
• Support compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• If foreign‑trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry‑level OT education by an AOTA‑approved credentialing agency.
