As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to individuals in need in a Home Care Setting.

• Assist elderly clients with daily activities to support them in aging in place.
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals to promote health and well‐being.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Engage clients in mental and physical exercises to enhance their overall health.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of clients at all times.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Home Care, Nursing Home, or Hospital settings.
• Certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the relevant state.
• Familiarity with using a Caregiver App to clock in and out.
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Drivers License (Required).
