Do you have previous experience working in a medical office?
Qualified Staffing is looking for a dependable and professional Front Desk Receptionist for our client in Warner Robins, Ga.
Pay: $14-$15per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct patients appropriately
- Collect payments, and address balances discreetly
- Input patient information into the EClinical system
- Coordinate patient intake, maintain charts/registry updates, and support admin tasks
- Maintain an organized front desk and waiting area
- Previous medical office experience required
- Experience working in EClinical (eClinicalWorks)
- Experience verifying patient insurance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and accurate data entry
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential patient information
- Professional, dependable, and organized
