As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between offer and success. You’ll guide doctors and healthcare professionals through the onboarding process, ensuring documentation is complete, transitions are smooth, and every new hire feels supported from the start.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all actions comply with company policies

• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication is essential.
• Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
