• Own high‑level project delivery and oversight and manage client relationships.
• Lead teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big‑picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology drives business outcomes.

• Experience with in a well‑regarded management consultancy or equivalent project delivery experience focused on the Public Safety and Justice industry.
• Broad understanding of the Public Safety and Justice lifecycle and advancing operational processes with stakeholders such as courts, corrections and first responders.
• Direct experience working with public safety and justice clients and systems (e.g., court case management, digital evidence, integrated justice systems).
• Understanding of trends driving Public Safety and Justice IT and enabling operational advancement.
• Experience managing complex projects, team‑based delivery, project schedule and financials; PMI or similar certifications preferred.
• Excellence in quality deliverables and content creation.
• Prior experience in a problem‑solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred.
• Experience working with multiple IT solutions areas and domains.
• Experience with in key programmatic areas influencing the Public Safety and Justice market such as access to justice, building community trust, criminal justice reform, recidivism reduction and service equity.
• Experience engaging in public safety and justice communities, associations and presenting at industry conferences preferred.
• Experience with the IT programmatic lifecycle (assessment, strategic planning, sourcing, implementation).
• Track record of leading people and building high‑performing teams leveraging technology to achieve mission‑critical priorities.
• Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non‑technical backgrounds toward a common goal.
• Unwavering commitment to the success of your team and willingness to provide constructive correction when needed.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies; ability to adapt Gartner frameworks to client challenges.
• Hands‑on ability and capacity to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Salary range: $138,000 – $163,000 USD, plus an annual bonus plan or an uncapped sales incentive plan. Benefits include generous PTO, 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, company stock purchase at a discount, and a market‑leading benefits program.
