Service Now Pre-Sales Consultant (Full-Time)
Work Type: Fully Remote (EST or CT time zone preferred)
Start Date: ASAP
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship required
Compensation: $140,000-$175,000 (based on experience)
We're working with a fast-growing Service Now consulting organization that partners with enterprise clients to design, position, and deliver high-impact Service Now solutions. They're looking for a Service Now Pre-Sales Consultant who can bridge technical expertise with sales strategy and help drive successful outcomes from first conversation through deal close.
This role is well-suited for someone currently supporting pre-sales at a Service Now implementation partner and ready to take on more ownership and visibility.
Responsibilities- Drive discovery sessions to understand customer goals, technical environments, and pain points
- Own the technical sales motion, including solution positioning and architecture recommendations
- Collaborate with sales leadership to shape deal strategy and influence buying decisions
- Convert business requirements into well-structured Service Now solution designs
- Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and RFP submissions
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations to both executive and technical audiences
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure continuity from pre-sales through implementation
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT roles
- 3+ years supporting pre-sales, architecture, or technical consulting efforts
- Broad, hands-on knowledge of the Service Now platform across multiple modules
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Platform Owner, or similar role
- Background with a Service Now partner or consulting firm preferred
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach
- High exposure to enterprise clients and sales leadership
- Ability to influence solution strategy before delivery begins
