As a Pod Lead at Promevo, you won't just be writing code; this is a "player-coach" role, combining active software development with the responsibility of guiding the pod to successfully deliver on its mission. You will be responsible for the pod's technical direction, agile process, and overall execution, ensuring your team has the clarity and support needed to build high-quality features for gPanel.

We are looking for a seasoned Java expert who is equally comfortable navigating a React frontend and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
