• Lead the strategy and execution for ingesting and structuring product catalog data for intelligent recommendations
• Collaborate with Data Science to define algorithmic recommendation strategies across various channels
• Develop targeting strategies based on customer affinity to enhance personalized messaging
• Own UI/UX features that aid customers in understanding and utilizing product recommendations
• Drive a multi-year strategy for product recommendations while translating customer needs into actionable roadmaps

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in product recommendations
• Proven experience in shipping algorithm-driven or personalization products at scale
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps
• Experience collaborating with Data Science teams and translating performance metrics into product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity suitable for executive-level discussions

• Background in ecommerce, recommendation engines, identity/graph systems, or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and supporting go-to-market success
