What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end QGIS projects from data acquisition to final map outputs
- Perform spatial analysis, data cleaning, and map production
- Document workflows and reasoning in real-time
- Manage projections, coordinate systems, and spatial references
- Build advanced cartographic layouts and explain design decisions
- Extensive hands‑on QGIS experience
- Strong understanding of spatial data formats & coordinate systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and document processes clearly
Type:
Part-Time Contract | Remote
Pay: $30–$80/hr | 5 Openings
What You’ll Do- Design and manage spatial databases
- Conduct advanced geoprocessing and spatial modeling
- Develop and customize QGIS plugins and extensions
- Automate workflows using Python (PyQGIS)
- Prepare high-quality cartographic maps and visualizations
- Expert‑level QGIS skills, including spatial database management
- Strong Python/PyQGIS proficiency
- Experience with plugin development or scripting
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
- 100% Remote work
