Ranew's Companies is seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our core business applications.

The Business Applications Manager is responsible for ensuring that core business systems effectively support company processes, data integrity, reporting, and compliance requirements. This role works closely with operations, finance, HR, sales, and other functional teams.

• Develop and maintain a multiyear roadmap for business applications aligned to company goals, growth plans, and budget.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into system requirements and prioritized projects.
• Oversee configuration, permissions, master data governance, and overall administration of core business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES).
• Manage environments and coordinate application releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Lead or coordinate application implementations, integrations, and enhancements across departments.
• Apply structured change management practices, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies.
• Establish and manage support processes, including ticket intake, prioritization, and escalation for application issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for software vendors, consultants, and managed service providers.
• Supervise application analysts, administrators, or related staff; provide coaching, performance feedback, and development plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience administering, implementing, or managing enterprise business applications.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial services environment preferred.
