• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and requirement alignment.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational quality standards.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and ensure testing strategies align with new features and updates.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce applications.
• Certifications:
  
  Salesforce Administrator (mandatory).
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  English proficiency at B2 or higher (effective communication with international clients).
• Knowledge of Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail) and bug tracking systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create and execute test cases, identify edge cases, and maintain test documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar).
• Knowledge of Apex test classes and Salesforce metadata.
• Background in working with EU/US/UAE clients is a plus.
• Salesforce QA-specific experience is highly valued.
