Overview
Cloud Computing Infrastructure Architect, Mid. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure using enterprise cloud platforms to modernize IT environments. You will collaborate with cloud architects and engineers (AWS-focused) to design, develop, test, and debug cloud solution components within a Dev Ops framework. The position supports container apps and Kubernetes, with access to internal labs to explore solutions.

Warner Robins, GA.
- Design, define, develop, test, and debug cloud solution components in collaboration with cloud architects and engineers.
- Work within a Dev Ops framework to create and manage container applications and use Kubernetes to advance projects.
- Modernize legacy computing platforms and applications or create new ones from scratch using current cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Leverage internal labs to explore different approaches to client problems.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces (Bash).
- Experience designing and automating provisioning of cloud resources and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform or Vault).
- Knowledge of networking technologies (DNS, load balancing, TLS).
- Secret clearance (or higher) and ability to obtain IAT or IAM Level II or III certification prior to start date.
- Associate’s degree with 4+ years in IT, System Administration, software development, or cloud;
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in IT, System Administration, software development, or cloud; or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
- Experience improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
- Experience troubleshooting Git Lab CI/CD pipeline failures or performance issues.
- Experience triaging issues in public cloud environments for open source and commercial tools.
- Experience with containerization or container orchestration and with Dev Ops practices and tools.
- Experience with Git or Git Lab, cloud security principles, and programming in Python and Java.
- Top Secret clearance and relevant certifications.
