Temporary SQL Database Developer

Tyto Athene is searching for a Temporary SQL Database Developer to sit at Warner Robins, GA. This is a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced SQL proficiency
  - Ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Database architecture expertise
  - Skilled in schema design, normalization, indexing strategies, and relational modeling.
• Experience with database repair and optimization
  - Proven ability to diagnose and resolve structural issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems.
• Proficiency with database platforms used by AFRC
  - Such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL, depending on the SAM-ITS environment.
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards
  - Familiarity with RMF, STIGs, IA controls, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications:

• IAT Level II Certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M
• SharePoint Administrator or Specialist with 2+ years of experience
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compliance with DoD Information Assurance and cybersecurity protocols

Clearance:

• Secret Clearance required
