Job Duties

• Sort, repair, test and hands‑on troubleshoot electronic hardware, including but not limited to servers, network equipment, computers and spare parts.
• Configure products to customer specifications.
• Generate discrepancy reports.
• Provide customer technical support.
• Interface with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales to troubleshoot and resolve any customer’s technical issues.
• Address any inventory spec issues and provide updates to Supply Chain, Inventory Control and Management.
• Assist Operations team and other departments as needed.
• Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas.
• Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety and environmental processes and policies.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and learn quickly.
• Self‑motivated with attention to detail.
• Teamwork experience and strong team player.

• Prior experience with assembling or hands‑on testing of IT hardware (specifically Dell or HP).

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certified Network Administration CNA
• Cisco Certified Network Administration CCNA
• A+ Certification
• Microsoft Certified System Administration MCSA
• Microsoft Technical Administration MTA
• Server+ Certification
• Network+ Certification

• General knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Microsoft Access Database experience – a plus.
• Experience in SAP or SAP ByDesign – a plus.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Full‑Time/Regular FSLA Non‑exempt.
