The PEC Delivery Coordinator - Vehicle Distribution supports the end-to-end vehicle delivery program and helps provide a seamless, high-quality experience for dealers and retail customers. This role coordinates scheduling, documentation, vehicle logistics, customer communications, and onsite delivery readiness while resolving issues across internal teams. The coordinator also supports program promotion, partnership development, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen program value and operational efficiency.

This is a 12-month hybrid contract position with possible extension, requires onsite work two to three days per week, and is classified as exempt from overtime.

Location & Work Type:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate delivery program information regarding scheduling, pricing, and delivery procedures to dealers and retail customers.
  • Process all delivery orders from pre-delivery through post-delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience, including vehicle configuration, delivery order forms, additional foiling option order forms, delivery scheduling, special customer requests, accurate paperwork development, and coordination of vehicle shipment from the port to the delivery center.
  • Develop and maintain internal dealer communications for the delivery program.
  • Assist in promoting the delivery program through publication articles, web-content maintenance, brochure development, and coordination with travel clubs and track-experience programs.
  • Assist in writing communications related to the delivery program.
  • Resolve customer and dealer complaints and disputes related to the delivery program in coordination with the Customer Relations Management team.
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling based on delivery center availability and work with technicians and onsite delivery personnel to ensure vehicles arrive in time for pre-delivery inspections and detailing.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams on vehicle transportation, including weekly movement of vehicles from the port to the delivery center and transportation of canceled delivery vehicles from the port or delivery center to the appropriate dealership.
  • Enhance the program by working with airlines, hotels, and travel companies to develop partnerships and events.
  • Develop dealer programs that support promotion of the delivery experience.
  • Assist in developing new program offerings that create a more exclusive customer purchasing and delivery experience.
  • Attend occasional dealership marketing events to promote the delivery program.
  • Participate in internal training programs to train dealers on delivery program processes and procedures.
  • Cross-train and assist with the European Delivery Program as needed, including document collection, welcome packets, check requests, and general inquiries.
Qualifications:

Education:

4 year degree. Business Management, Marketing, or Related Field

Experience (Job and Industry):

2 years customer service experience.

Automotive industry experience or knowledge preferred.

Direct sales and marketing experience a plus.

Skills:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Very high customer orientation.

Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to exercise initiative and judgment.

Ability to operate with considerable independence.

Proficiency with MS office applications, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.

The base range for this contract position is $17.50 - $27.50 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
