This position is responsible for providing a well-groomed, presentable workplace for both team member s and customers.
PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform various facility repairs in a fashion that minimizes costs.
Maintain and groom Terminal property .
Ensure that all facility related projects are handled in a timely and professional manner.
Qualificat ions and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Preferred SkillsEffective use of written and oral communication
Ability to produce high quality work
Ability to effectively plan to meet deadlines
