Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking a Branch Administrator to provide management and administrative support for multiple branches within the C-17 program at Robins AFB. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative and management support for the WLMC and WLMD Branches.
- Manage taskers for WLMC and WLMD via the TMT system.
- Act as the Primary Records Custodian for the C-17 Division.
- Oversee the calendar for WLMC Branch Chief.
- Schedule and assist with meetings for Branch leadership and Branch personnel.
- Manage the quarterly PMR event for WLMC including scheduling the meeting, managing chart preparation, conducting format review on the charts.
- Schedule social events for CPMR.
- Serve as the timekeeper for WLMC and WLMD.
10+ years experience providing administrative support including at least 3 years working in a DoD environment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience providing administrative support for management, executives, and/or military officers. Experience with records management. Possess the knowledge, experience and recognized ability in the professional field, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior personnel as needed.
Understanding of current Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force acquisition regulations, guidelines and processes. Demonstrate knowledge of technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and web applications. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
